JEANNETTE SEIBLY, PRINCIPAL, SEIBCO, LLC

Jeannette Seibly, Principal of SeibCo, LLC, has been a full-time business coach at her company for ten years and has more than 23 years of experience in business and human resource management.

Jeannette believes it is important for people to love their careers. As a result, she co-founded The New World of Work, and co-chaired Job Summit-II (1994) and Job Summit-III (1996). This unique forum provided an unprecedented exchange of information for practitioners to gain a better understanding of how to prepare southeastern Michigan's workforce for jobs and careers in this ever-changing global economy.

Also, Jeannette chaired the Board of Directors for Job Summit Association with the goal of establishing a 501(c)(3) to ensure the integrity and continuity for future Job Summits (IV and V).

Professional association involvement has included co-chairing Michigan's Top 25 Business Women of Distinction for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO)(1997). She served on the Board of Directors for NAWBO, chairing their Personnel Committee from 1998 to 2000. She has also chaired events for the Michigan Council of Society for Human Resource Management and has been an officer for the Personnel Association of Mid-Michigan and National Association of Insurance Women - Lansing. Her style is to establish a new level of excellence while developing the committee members, individually and as a team, to achieve outstanding results.

She keeps current with business management issues by maintaining her memberships in the National Association of Women Business Owners and Women's Economic Club.

Because of her active involvement and commitment, she was recognized by the National Association of Women Business Owners in 1996, and received the Leadership Award.
